Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by SA cosmos GmbH, Kaiserstraße 10, DE-44135 Dortmund. Our services include professional consulting for skilled labor placement, certified translations, and language courses.

Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded with SA cosmos GmbH.

By offering our services on the website, we provide a binding offer to conclude a contract for these services. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by contacting us through the provided means (e.g., order button, contact form, email). Immediately after initiating the service request, you will receive a confirmation via email.

Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Payment methods available for our services include:

• Credit Card: Your credit card will be charged upon agreement of the service.
• PayPal: You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us.

Retention of Title

The service remains our property until full payment is made.

Service Conditions

We provide our services through online and in-person means as applicable. Detailed conditions for each service will be communicated directly with the client upon service agreement.

Liability

We are always fully liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents:

• In the event of injury to life, body, or health,
• In the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
• In the case of guarantee promises, if agreed,
• As far as the scope of the product liability law is opened.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the compliance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or agents, the liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable damage at the time of the conclusion of the contract, which must typically be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

Warranty and Guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the service description and in direct communication with the client.

Final Provisions

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective. The relevant statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid provision.
