This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you (“Member”) and SA cosmos GmbH, Kaiserstraße 10, DE-44135 Dortmund (“Provider”). By registering and using the Provider’s services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Membership

a) Requirements: There are no age restrictions for registration.

b) Registration: Only a valid email address is required for registration. Members can later add their name, phone number, address, and a profile picture if they wish.

c) Membership Fees: There are no membership fees.

Use of Services

a) Access: Members receive access to special offers and services such as discounts and promotions.

b) Conduct: Members agree not to misuse the Provider’s services. Misuse may result in immediate termination of membership.

Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination of Membership

a) Termination by the Member: Membership can be terminated at any time without providing reasons. An email to info@sa-cosmos.de is sufficient.

b) Termination by the Provider: The Provider reserves the right to terminate the membership if the account is not activated through the activation email from SA cosmos.

Data Security

We use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser during your visit to our website. This typically involves 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether a single page of our website is transmitted encrypted by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

Disclaimer of Liability

The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services unless such damages are due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct by the Provider.

Final Provisions

Should any provision of this Agreement be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. A valid regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall replace the invalid provision.
